impersonal decorinattentive staff

I thought the room decor felt a bit generic. It seemed like it lacked personality. Nothing stood out. The staff were polite enough, but i wouldn't say they were particularly attentive. It was all just ok. It seemed like nobody really cared much if i was there or not.

The breakfast bar provided many options and the food was fresh. the trolley 28 was readily accessible from the hotel. I found this very convenient.

the receptionist i encountered seemed unwelcoming. i arranged a shuttle but upon arrival, i was informed it was unavailable! a taxi was ordered instead. after waiting 20 minutes, i was advised to call an uber.
