impersonal decor inattentive staff
I thought the room decor felt a bit generic. It seemed like it lacked personality. Nothing stood out. The staff were polite enough, but i wouldn't say they were particularly attentive. It was all just ok. It was like nobody really cared much if i was there or not.

breakfast bar fresh food convenient elevator accessible trolley unwelcoming receptionist unavailable shuttle poor coordination
The breakfast bar provided many options and the food was fresh. the trolley 28 was readily accessible from the hotel. modern facilities were present including an elevator. I found this very convenient.
the receptionist i encountered seemed unwelcoming. i arranged a shuttle but upon arrival, i was informed it was unavailable! a taxi was ordered instead. after waiting 20 minutes, i was advised to call an uber.
